Gamal Doyle Gamal Doyle known as Skinny Fabulous is one of St. Vincent and the Grenadines talented musical artiste. His main genre of music is Soca. In 2009 his song " Head Bad" lead him to win his first ever Soca Monarch tittle. This song soared throughout St. Vincent and across the Caribbean regions. Skinny Fabulous has since produced quality music that allowed him to collaborate with many famous artiste such as Machel Montano , Bunji Garlin and Fireman Hooper.
